- The rate quoted is inclusive 10% service charge and 0 % GST, non-commissionable and in Ringgit Malaysia.

- Room rates quoted are inclusive of daily buffet breakfast for one or two persons, and wired and wireless internet connection will be included on complimentary basis (up to 2 users per room).

- In compliance with the Malaysian Government's Tourism Tax applied as of 1st September 2017, a tax of MYR 10 per room, per night, will be charged at the hotel upon checkout. As per guidelines issued by the relevant authorities, Malaysian nationals and permanent residents with a valid MyPR card are exempt.

- The room rates quoted is valid for booking made the latest by 15th July 2018.
