Registration Fees includes access to all scientific sessions and exhibition areas, two lunches (3 & 4 Aug 2018), tea breaks and conference collaterals.

The registration price for MSS Members is only applicable if your MSS membership is still valid (membership paid up to date). If your membership is no longer active, kindly contact the Secretariat to activate your membership.

On-site registration fee may be paid in cash or cheque.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellation. Refund will be made after the conference as follows:
Cancellation on or before 1st July 2018 : 50%
Cancellation after 1st July 2018 : No Refund
If no refund is required but a change in participant registration is needed, then the Secretariat must be informed in writing via email to secretariat [at] mss.org.my
Certificate Of Participation
A certificate of participation will be issued to all delegates.
Liability
The Organising Committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private properties of participants during the Conference. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
